Overview
Registered Nurse – Med Surg in Minot, North Dakota. Start date September 14, 2026 for a 13-week travel assignment. Weekly pay ranges from $2,308 to $2,521 with guaranteed hours of 48 per week. The shift pattern consists of 4x12-hour shifts with 2 weekends out of 4, and floating as needed within a Med/Surg unit in an acute care setting.

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care to Med/Surg patients using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation)
- Monitor patient status, respond to changes, and escalate concerns per protocol
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor responses; manage IVs, drains, and treatments as ordered
- Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teammates, and family members; communicate changes promptly
- Document care accurately in the electronic medical record (Cerner) and participate in rounding and discharge planning
- Maintain patient safety, infection control practices, and patient education on medications, procedures, and self-care

Requirements
- Active RN license in North Dakota or compact RN licensure
- BLS certification required to start
- Minimum 2 years Med/Surg nursing experience
- Cerner electronic medical record experience required
- Ability to float and work a 4x12-hour schedule, including 2 weekends out of 4
- Education: RN degree from an accredited program; licensure as required for practice
