CRNA Day Shift, No Weekend Call - Pella. IA

Facility: Pella Regional Health Center

Novus Anesthesia Partners is excited to partner with Pella Regional Health Center! We are dedicated to building a cohesive and high-performing clinical team with a sustainable, professional and supportive environment while expanding our mission to improve the delivery of anesthesia for rural and community hospitals .


We are seeking talented CRNAs to help us in Pella. IA. You will work collaboratively in a strong team-oriented atmosphere where anesthesia, surgeons, and OR staff truly collaborate to deliver superior patient care.


Caseload includes: Gen Surge, GI, Podiatry, Urology, OB/Gyn, Ophthalmology, and Orthopedics

Compensation: W2 or 1099 Option

• $395K 1099 Option

• 8 Weeks of Time Off

• 4x10 Schedule, 26 Weekday Calls Per Year

• W2 Option Available

Qualifications:

• Candidates with strong independent practice experience including OB

anesthesia, as well as regional and neuraxial anesthesia

• All Novus providers must meet state licensure requirements.

• Providers must complete and meet hospital credentialing requirements for the

hospitals where they will have privileges.

• Two or more years of clinical anesthesia experience preferred.

• Must have solid decision-making ability.

• Current certification as a CRNA with a IA license , Controlled Substance and

DEA

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

• Assist with patient preparation and recovery.

• Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
