• Provide occupational therapy assessments and treatment planning for residents in long-term care settings.
• Implement designated therapy programs under the supervision of licensed therapists.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive resident care.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
