This role will assist with multiple functions, including providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the team. The Operations Coordinator will be accountable for handling confidential and time-critical materials. Qualifications & Characteristics: Associate of Arts Degree required, with no specific field of study preferred. 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office environment. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients and other staff. Able to work autonomously while seamlessly integrating with remote and in-officeteams based in the U.S. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Word. High emotional intelligence with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to organizational excellence.
