Leadership experience and a degree in a related field are preferred (therapeutic recreation, gerontology, health care, education or other related field) Certifications, Licenses, and Other Special Requirements Must have a valid driver's license and may be required to obtain a commercial driver's license based on the needs of the community Management/Decision Making Applies existing guidelines and procedures to make varied decisions within a department.
