Qualifications & Skills Current state licensure or certification in occupational therapy. CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days. Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited therapy program. Minimum of three years' experience in occupational therapy or leadership, including two years of clinical practice. Optional: Active Therapy Clinical Ladder status or specialty certifications.
