Welcome to the Fratco Team!Let’s achieve great things together.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: includes the following but not limited to:Perform related duties as assigned by Production SupervisorMaintain compliance with all company policies and proceduresPerform repetitive line operations to mass-produce productsInspect product to verify conformance to specificationsRecommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of productMaintain production recordsWork at different workstations as production needs requireWork on lines where tasks vary as different models of the same product is producedPromote team effort in helping each other. This will increase the performance levels of all in supplying a high standard of satisfactory service to the customerAlways promote safety first and assist in maintaining housekeeping requirements on the premisesSafeguard the confidentiality of FRATCO, especially products, operations, financial, customers, and personnel informationMaintain a positive cooperative working relationship with customers, community, and those persons superior or subordinate to this position, as well as peersAdhere to FRATCO Quality Standards for finished products. This includes workmanship, defects, dents, blowouts, cracks, improper joining, perforations, compression inconsistencies, and correct markings. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) performing and documenting checks such as weight, pipe length measurements, brittleness, and other data collection tasks that could be askedQualification Requirements/ Education and/or work experience: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
