Electro mechanical technician

Are you a highly skilled Electromechanical Maintenance Technician ready to take on a critical role in a automated machining center? You will be instrumental in performing preventative maintenance, repairs, machine overhauls, and inspections on facility equipment, including critical CNC equipment and automated vehicles for parts delivery. Your Essential Skills (Must-Haves) PLC Troubleshooting is a must (small programming changes are a nice to have and a big bonus). Electrical and mechanical aptitude. Ability to efficiently troubleshoot equipment failures and determine the appropriate repair timeline. Required ability to read electrical schematics. Apply today! salary: $79,000 - $99,000 per year shift: Second work hours: 6 PM - 6 AM education: High School Responsibilities Previous industrial/electrical mechanical maintenance experience preferred. Previous welding/fabricating/plumbing/pipefitting experience preferred. Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems preferred. Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn required. Must be able to efficiently troubleshoot equipment failures and determine appropriate repair timeline to production. Experience with programmable logic controllers preferred. Siemens TIA Portal. Electrical aptitude and a willingness to learn required. Ability to read electrical schematics required. Ability to bend and install conduit or willingness to learn required. Identify voltage of equipment and place in electrically safe condition. To include equipment from 120V to 24900V. Knowledge of Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV), and welding. Robotic programming and troubleshooting.
