Daily Responsibilities: Assist patients with the glasses purchasing process Order contact lenses for patients Provide input on frame selections Support doctors in treating complex patient needs Help patients navigate the eyewear selection process Required Skills: Eye Care experience Experience in Optical Sales Strong customer service skills Knowledge of Lensometry Nice to Have Skills: Experience with iPad for prescription dispensing Knowledge of HIPAA regulations Experience in retail sales or merchandising Ability to perform general repairs on eyewear Salary and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary ranging from $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, along with benefits including health care reimbursement, eyewear discounts, paid time off, and holiday pay.
