About the Role:

Kickstand's Pub & Grub in Saint James City, FL is looking for a talented and energetic Certified Bartender to join our team! If you love crafting great drinks, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and being the life of the bar, this is the place for you. Come be part of a fun, laid-back pub environment where great food and cold drinks keep the regulars coming back!

Responsibilities:

Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences

Greet and engage with guests to provide an exceptional bar experience

Take drink and food orders accurately and efficiently

Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times

Monitor guest alcohol consumption and adhere to responsible serving guidelines

Process payments, handle cash, and operate the POS system

Collaborate with kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth service

Uphold all state and local liquor laws and health/safety regulations

Requirements:

Valid bartending certification required

Florida responsible vendor certification (or ability to obtain promptly)

Prior bartending or bar service experience preferred

Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Must be 21 years of age or older

Energetic, reliable, and a true team player
