We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as CNA's Caregivers & Home Health Aides. In this role, you will be responsible for providing assistance to patients in their homes or long-term care facilities. Your primary duties will include helping with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as assisting with mobility and medication management.

Responsibilities:
-Assist patients with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
-Provide support with mobility and transfer tasks, such as walking or using a wheelchair
-Monitor and administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
-Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, dishes, and tidying up living spaces
-Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences
-Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
-Document daily care activities and any changes in patients' condition

Qualifications:
-Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
-Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Compassionate and patient demeanor
-Reliable transportation
