Vice President/Senior Vice President, Private Credit, Infrastructure Debt Investment

Vice President / Senior Vice President – Private Credit, Infrastructure Debt Investment Macquarie Asset Management’s Private Credit team invests in infrastructure debt assets on behalf of our institutional clients and leads the industry. The role of Vice President/Senior Vice President is to contribute to the growth of the Private Credit platform across a range of infrastructure sectors. Responsibilities Origination, assessment, and execution of new investment opportunities across investment grade and sub‑investment grade transactions. Lead the development and execution of investment strategies and support the growth and success of the platform. Build and maintain relationships with borrowers, sponsors and advisors. Lead and develop deal‑teams, and where applicable, support fundraising and investor relationship management. Perform credit and financial analysis, including ongoing portfolio management. Qualifications Experience in leading and supervising complex transactions in infrastructure sectors such as renewables, energy, digital infrastructure, recycling, transportation and social infrastructure. Strong numerical and analytical skills with expertise in credit and financial analysis. Demonstrated success in sourcing new investment opportunities and building relationships. Experience leading and developing deal‑teams and, ideally, fundraising and investor relationship management. Compensation Salary range: $225,000 – $275,000 per year. May also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. Benefits Wellbeing leave: 1 day per year. Annual leave: minimum 25 days.
