Location: Phoenix, AZ

Position Summary

Join our client's team as an Outside Sales Representative responsible for managing and growing relationships with residential builders and contractors throughout the Phoenix market. This field-based role focuses on expanding existing accounts while developing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with residential builders and contractor customers.
• Visit job sites and customer locations throughout the Phoenix area.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and generate new business.
• Prepare proposals, pricing, and product presentations.
• Coordinate with estimating, operations, and installation teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and stay informed on local market activity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales or account management experience.
• Experience in residential construction, building materials, or related industries.
• Background selling products such as stairs, cabinets, flooring, millwork, windows, doors, lumber, roofing, or other construction products preferred.
• Existing relationships with Phoenix-area home builders are a plus.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
