Registered Nurse – Moorestown, N.J. Job Description Balance Life & Work with a New Career Opportunity. We are hiring a full-time, part-time, or per diem Registered Nurse for the CareOne facility in Moorestown, N.J. Salary ranges from $40.00 - $52.00 per hour. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to assigned residents in accordance with the nursing process. May be assigned to function as Medication/Treatment Nurse, unit Charge Nurse, or Supervisor. Direct day-to-day functions of Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants, assuring compliance with state and federal regulations and facility policies. Provide assessment of and respond to resident conditions using the nursing process. Work cooperatively with other members of the interdisciplinary team. Maintain effective communication with the interdisciplinary team to assure the highest standard of care for each resident. Complete and ensure LPN and C.N.A. documentation of care and services rendered per facility policies. Complete reports such as the 24‑hour change‑in‑condition report and Incident and Accident reports per facility policy and as assigned by the Director of Nursing Services. Provide immediate response to resident‑risk situations such as allegations of abuse, neglect or misappropriation of property. Report incidents promptly to appropriate persons per facility policy. Ensure timely and accurate medication and treatment administration. Communicate with physicians and document changes in resident condition using objective and subjective assessment. Document and implement changes in nursing and medical plans of care. Ensure the interdisciplinary team understands changes in resident nursing and/or medical plans of care per facility policy. Position Requirements Associate’s degree from a credentialed school of nursing. Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice. At least 1 year of related nursing experience.
