Talent Acquisition Specialist II

The Talent Acquisition Specialist II at Greenheck Group is responsible for executing targeted recruiting strategies, partnering with HR and hiring managers to source, screen, interview, and assess candidates, and delivering a positive candidate experience for onsite operations in Shelby, North Carolina. Responsibilities Follow an established recruitment process to ensure AAP/EEO compliance and provide consistency to our hiring practices. Represent the company through professional, quality recruiting at community events, in person and virtual settings, while maintaining enthusiastic and positive relationships with potential candidates. Perform full life cycle recruiting activities to meet organizational needs, including sourcing, interviewing, pre-employment screenings, and extending offers. Utilize a variety of tools and technologies for sourcing and selection, including social and professional networking sites. Build and manage relationships with hiring managers and HR partners. Collaborate with managers to understand needs and develop recruitment strategies. Contribute ideas to streamline recruiting processes to enhance candidate experience. Research, design, and lead innovative recruitment campaigns to create a pool of ready-to-hire talent. Troubleshoot and design solutions for recruiting processes or the ATS. Adapt processes and ATS configurations to support future growth and vacancy needs. Provide timely updates to hiring managers throughout the hiring process to adjust strategy and maintain consistency across the lifecycle. Serve as a subject matter expert, offering recommendations to HR partners and managers to ensure an efficient recruiting process. Support the HR team on additional projects and duties as assigned. Research labor market conditions and trends to inform company stakeholders of current hiring dynamics. Requirements 2-4 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources, preferably in recruiting. An Associate Degree (2 years) or equivalent years of job experience required. A Bachelor Degree (4 years) is preferred. Experience using an applicant tracking system, with Workday preferred.
