BluePoint Mortgage is looking for a driven and dynamic Recruiter to join our growing team! This role is key to scaling our Wholesale Account Executive team as we expand our national footprint. • Recruit top-performing Wholesale Account Executives across key markets
• Partner closely with sales leadership to align hiring efforts with growth goals
• Develop and maintain robust pipelines of qualified candidates
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to offers and onboarding
• Represent BluePoint’s values and culture throughout the hiring experience

What We’re Looking For

• Proven success in recruiting (mortgage or sales roles a plus)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with ATS platforms
• A proactive, resourceful, and solutions-focused mindset
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
