Job Opportunity: Orthopedic Surgeon Specializing in Hand Surgery

Our organization is on the lookout for a Board Eligible/Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon with a focus on Hand Surgery to become a part of our vibrant and expanding team. This role provides a unique chance to thrive in a supportive, faith-oriented academic setting that prioritizes teaching and mentorship.

Position Highlights:
  • Become a member of a bustling practice featuring over 16 orthopedic surgeons and 4 physician assistants.
  • Play an active role in the education of 25 orthopedic surgery residents and 2 hand fellows.
  • Collaborate in a team-oriented atmosphere that emphasizes patient care, research, and educational initiatives.
  • Faculty members may be eligible for federal student loan forgiveness programs.

Compensation & Benefits:

The anticipated total annual compensation for this position ranges from $450,000 to $550,000 . This range includes variable compensation and is based on a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE) work schedule, as detailed in the department's compensation plan. The starting base salary, which is subject to adjustment based on experience and faculty rank, is expected to be between $405,000 and $495,000 . Further details regarding compensation will be discussed during the recruitment process.
