Shift: 2nd Shift

Pay: $19.50 per hour

Job Type: Full-Time

SEEK Careers/Staffing is currently recruiting Cable Operators for a manufacturing facility in Osceola, WI . The Cable Operator is responsible for operating cable manufacturing equipment, monitoring production processes, inspecting finished product, and ensuring products meet quality and production specifications.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with machinery, has strong attention to detail, and wants to build or expand their manufacturing experience.

• Operate and monitor cable manufacturing equipment according to established procedures.
• Set up and adjust machinery as needed for production runs.
• Monitor equipment and production processes to ensure consistent product quality.
• Inspect cable and finished products for defects or irregularities.
• Measure products using appropriate gauges, tools, and testing equipment.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Load raw materials and supplies into production equipment.
• Make adjustments to equipment when necessary to maintain production specifications.
• Follow work orders, production schedules, and customer specifications.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic equipment maintenance.
• Identify and report equipment or quality issues to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and manufacturing procedures.
• Work as part of a team to meet production and quality goals.

• Manufacturing, machine operation, or production experience is preferred but not required.
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn equipment operation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive movements.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required by the position.

The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, mechanically inclined, and detail-oriented . Previous manufacturing or machine-operating experience is helpful, but candidates who demonstrate a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.
