In this role, you’ll play a critical part in helping homes and businesses recover from water damage and get back to normal as quickly as possible. General Responsibilities Respond to emergency water damage calls at residential and commercial properties Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification using specialized equipment Set up and monitor drying equipment such as air movers and dehumidifiers Remove and dispose of damaged materials (carpet, drywall, insulation, etc.) Document job progress with photos and notes for internal records and insurance purposes Maintain a clean and safe work environment on all job sites Communicate clearly with customers, supervisors, and team members Follow SERVPRO production guidelines and safety protocols Assist with demolition and basic restoration tasks as needed Participate in an on‑call rotation for after‑hours emergency response Qualifications Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor Strong work ethic and positive attitude Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Experience in restoration, construction, or a related field is a plus (but not required) What We Offer Competitive pay On‑the‑job training and certification opportunities Career advancement potential Supportive, team‑oriented environment If you’re ready to build a career with a company that values hard work and dedication, apply today and become part of the SERVPRO family.
