Compensation & Benefits $80,000-$81,000 annual salary (prorated) Eligible for employer‑paid 1199 Union Benefits Schedule & Compensation On‑site in Brooklyn, NY Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 21 hours per week (.6 FTE) What You'll Do Evaluate and treat primarily adult patients in an outpatient setting Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, and patient education Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams Maintain accurate clinical documentation Qualifications DPT or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy Active New York State Physical Therapy License CPR/BLS Certification Prior Physical Therapy experience required Outpatient experience preferred Spanish‑speaking candidates are encouraged to apply Why Join This Family Health Center?
