Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Master's Level ABA Trainee / BCBA in Training to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals currently enrolled in a BCBA/ABA graduate program who are looking to gain hands-on clinical experience and obtain eligible BCBA supervision hours toward certification . You will work closely with experienced BCBAs while gaining experience in direct therapy, assessments, treatment planning, data collection, behavior intervention, and clinical collaboration. Upon successfully completing your BCBA certification, you will be eligible to transition into a full-time BCBA position with Infinite Therapy Services. This role is designed to provide a clear career pathway from graduate-level training to practicing as a BCBA within our organization. Responsibilities Provide ABA services under BCBA supervision Assist with assessments and treatment plans Assist with Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Collect and analyze client data Support RBTs/BTs with program implementation Collaborate with clients, families, and treatment teams Participate in BCBA supervision and training Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Develop skills and experience needed to successfully transition into a BCBA role Qualifications Currently enrolled in a master's-level ABA, BCBA, or related graduate program Actively working toward BCBA certification Knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based practices Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Reliable, professional, and eager to learn and grow clinically Benefits $35-$45 per hour Opportunity to obtain eligible BCBA supervision hours Career pathway to a full-time BCBA position upon certification Mentorship from experienced BCBAs Flexible scheduling Hands-on clinical experience Professional development and career growth Opportunity to build relationships with clients and clinical teams before transitioning into a BCBA role Support throughout your journey toward BCBA certification Build Your BCBA Career With Us This is more than an opportunity to earn supervision hours.
