Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM Experience: • 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months. Requirements: • Candidates must have a license (required after submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Local & travel allowed. Religious and medical declinations accepted. • 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services. Additional Details: Required Skills/Experience: PICU experience required. Required Credentials: Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past. Special Requests: All previous perm employees of any Providence affiliated facility must be separated from the health system for a minimum of 3 months to qualify for a travel position. RTO must be listed at time of submission. All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility. References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing. Unit Details: Adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient population. Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
