The Role: Your Day-to-Day As the first point of contact, you are the "Director of First Impressions." You’ll balance high-touch customer service with the technical flow of the shop. Customer Concierge: Greet guests warmly, manage the digital calendar, and keep clients updated on their vehicle’s status with clarity and style. Quality Control: Perform detailed vehicle drop-off inspections—attention to detail is your superpower. The Bridge: Coordinate between our technicians and customers to ensure every repair is seamless and on time. Growth Driver: Answer new customer calls, and proactively reach out to our loyal clients to keep the shop buzzing and the schedule full. Who You Are Personable & Professional: You have a "service heart" and a clean, professional presentation that puts customers at ease. Tech-Savvy: You pick up new software in a flash and enjoy using technology to stay organized. Driven to Succeed: You aren't afraid to take initiative. You’re looking for a place where your hard work is noticed. Eager Learner: You might have some automotive knowledge already (a plus!), but you’re mostly hungry to learn the "AAR Way." Bilingual a plus!: You are fluent in both English and Spanish . Qualifications Previous experience in high-end retail, hospitality, or automotive service. Excellent communication skills—you can explain complex things simply. Strong organizational skills; you can multitask without breaking a sweat.
