This position is located at Ellie Mental Health in Saint Charles, MO. Ellie Mental Health is a highly successful multi-clinic mental health organization based in Minnesota. We are looking for a Clinical Supervisor Therapist. This is an opportunity to informally lead a site/location based team in partnership with Clinic Director and Franchise Owner to drive KPIs in support of positive impacts for our clinicians and members of the community seeking high-quality, differentiated mental health services.

Clinical Supervisor Based Responsibilities and Duties include up to 3 hours a week for clinical supervision meetings with pre-licensed staff, when applicable (1 hour per pre-licensed staff, up to 3 supervisees), up to 2 hours a week for clinical notes sign off for pre-licensed staff, when applicable, supervisee point of contact for items such as clinician productivity, unrecorded/unsigned notes/treatment plans/intake paperwork, balance or ledger related questions, training needs, orientation follow up questions, clinical consultation, or treatment plan support. Track hours in partnership with supervisees for full licensure documentation and sign off. Any consistent trends or escalations should be communicated to Clinical Director for added leadership and support where needed.

Clinician Therapist Based Responsibilities and Duties include evaluating mental health diagnosis, creating and implementing a treatment plan, completing ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy, maintaining a caseload of a minimum of 27 client visits per week (schedule 30-32), if supervising no PLPCs, 25 clients if supervising 1 PLPC (schedule 28-30), 24 clients if supervising 2 PLPCs (schedule 26-27), and 22 if supervising 3 PLPCs (schedule 24-25), providing excellent customer service for clients and collaborating with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community, utilizing creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals, preparing and submitting individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol, coordinating services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed, attending and participating in all clinical staff meetings and trainings, and other stuff we probably missed adding, but just as meaningful and important to your role.

Required Qualifications and Skills include a masters degree or higher in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university, clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) with a valid state of Missouri License, being licensed and/or eligible to be a Missouri Board Approved Clinical Supervisor, ability and eligibility to supervise up to three provisionally licensed therapists for licensure (PLPC, LMSW, or PLMFTs), required experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes, required experience with children, adolescents, and teens, effective written and verbal communication skills, ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients, ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner, comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base, proficient in the use of typical office technology (computers, e-mail, etc.) and Electronic Health Record systems, and ability to pass a background check.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills include experience with children, individuals, couples, or families, general knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentation.
