As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our patients at our state-of-the-art facility in Elgin, Illinois . About the Role As a CNA at The Pearl of Elgin, you will be responsible for: Providing direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses, including vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and personal care activities Assisting patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients, including restocking supplies and maintaining accurate records Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans Providing emotional support and comfort to patients and families Responsibilities Deliver high-quality patient care, adhering to established standards and protocols Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective communication and coordination of care Participate in quality improvement initiatives to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including vital signs and medication administration Perform duties in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to infection control and safety protocols What We Offer A competitive hourly rate of $18.5 - $25 HOURLY A dynamic and innovative work environment that fosters growth and development Opportunities to work with a diverse patient population Collaborative team environment that values communication and teamwork Requirements Current CNA certification in the state of Illinois High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical activities as necessary Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Pearl Healthcare
