Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Floor (MS) in a healthcare facility is seeking qualified Registered Nurses for night shift positions. This role involves caring for a diverse patient population, including those requiring stepdown and medical surgical care. The assignment offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality patient outcomes.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Active Iowa or Iowa multistate nursing license, 36 months of experience in progressive care, stepdown, or medical surgical nursing, BLS (AHA or ARC), ACLS (AHA or ARC), and BLS certification required
• Preferred Qualifications: Stepdown experience, neurology care experience, oncology care experience, and experience administering medications such as nitro, heparin, amiodarone including titrates
• Float: Float rotation may be required between medical surgical units
• Submission Requirements: Clinical interview pre-screening with phone call or text from a 405 area code, including verification of professional references within 24 months, drivers license, and certifications
• Schedule and Holidays: Orientation dates: 10/05/2026, 10/12/2026, 10/19/2026; required to work 1-2 of 3 upcoming summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day) and 1-2 of 3 upcoming winter holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year) unless the unit is closed
• Experience: Minimum of 36 months of progressive care or relevant nursing experience required
• Additional Notes: Must have a work history/resume demonstrating the specified experience; skills checklist must be discipline-specific; documentation of active license and certifications required
