Community Impact & Transition Specialist (10-Month)

The Pathways Schools

An educational institution is looking for a Community Support Specialist to provide community-based academic and vocational support for students. This role involves planning lessons, managing student behaviors, and collaborating with therapists to enhance students' transition experiences.
