IT ANALYST

Position: IT Analyst Job Type: (Remote) Dayton Roger's is seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Analyst to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and evaluate existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, process flows, and user guides Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and provide timely support to end-users Stay updated on emerging technologies and make recommendations for their implementation to enhance efficiency and productivity Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure systems and applications are functioning properly Provide training and support to team members and end-users on new systems and processes Monitor system performance and identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks Assist with the planning and execution of IT projects, including system upgrades and implementations Maintain data security and integrity by implementing and enforcing appropriate security measures Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python Experience with database management and SQL Knowledge of system architecture and design principles Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks Experience with cloud computing and virtualization is a plus At Dayton Roger's, we value diversity and equal opportunity.
