KIT Custom HomeBuilders is seeking a hands-on Production Foreman to lead a high-volume manufactured housing production team onsite in Caldwell, ID. The role drives daily output, quality, safety, and efficiency while implementing improvements across the plant. Starting August 31, 2026, the team moves to a Monday–Thursday schedule (6:00 AM–4:30 PM) with three-day weekends and ongoing leadership responsibilities.
