Purpose of Role To enable a seamless and reliable order fulfillment experience for partners Key Accountabilities Include Contribute to customer/partner satisfaction and brand loyalty Supports achievement of monthly sales budget, resulting in a positive influence to the bottom line Supports customer/partner retention Ensure resolution of requests Supports inbound calls Primary Responsibilities Include Process order management transactions Process account reconciliation Answer internal and external calls and process workflow Process vendor portal transitions through workflow processing Implement order shipping requirements Create and maintain Modifiers Order allocation via manual and script Core Functional Competencies Brand Ambassador - Non marketing: Serve as a representative of the Yamaha brand Customer Problem Resolution: Gather information towards appropriate solutions Data Management, Analytics, and Reporting: Use tools to prepare accurate data and generate reports that meet information needs and enable decision making Department Technology and Systems: Understand and can effectively use department technology and systems to perform work Product Knowledge - Operations: Possess detailed knowledge of Yamaha's products and services Core Behavioral Competencies Yamaha Way (Will, Integrity, Initiative, Challenge, Commitment) Customer Focus Values Differences Action Oriented Communicates Effectively Self-awareness Being Resilient Ideal Qualifications Demonstrated success with order processing and knowledge of order requirements and releases Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (examples: Teams, Excel, Word) ERP system experience Demonstrated success working with internal and external stakeholders while in a high-volume environment Demonstrated success in support of dealers and sales management Database software experience Preferred Qualifications 1+ years' experience with national accounts order processing and vendor portals SalesForce Experience, including dashboards and reports Tableau or Similar Data Base Software Experience Oracle Electronic Data Interface (EDI) Demonstrated success with National Account Partners Compensation The hiring range for this position is $20.57 - $26.48/hr. + bonus. This is the hiring range and does not include the value of benefits. The hiring range does not reflect total earning potential over time.
