Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene assistance Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper body mechanics and safety protocols Support patients with meals, feeding, and nutritional intake documentation Communicate patient status changes and concerns promptly to nursing staff and care team Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients and residents Document care activities accurately in accordance with facility and compliance standards Requirements: Active and valid CNA certification in the state of New Mexico Prior experience in a long-term care, assisted living, or clinical setting preferred Strong understanding of patient care techniques, infection control, and safety procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, and staff Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays Compassionate, patient-centered attitude with a commitment to dignity and respect CPR/First Aid certification is a plus About Us: Validation Associates LLC is a trusted healthcare services provider serving the Albuquerque, NM community with a commitment to high-quality, compassionate patient care.
