COMPOUNDING PHARMACIST (PRN) | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:

Location : Hudson WI 54016 – 100% on-site
Payrate : $65.75/hr
Bonus & On-Call Compensation:
- $1,000 bonus granted once on payroll for 30 days from hire.
- $75 per on-call shift / per diem.
- $75 per dispensing call/order.
Required Availability : PRN | scheduled weekend shifts + evening/overnight on-call.
- Weekend Scheduled Coverage : Approximately 2 scheduled weekend shifts per month on a 4-week rotation (12:00 PM to 4:00 PM). Additional weekend and PTO coverage as needed.
- Weekday Coverage : Typical pharmacy hours are 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with approximately 3 to 4 on-call evenings per week based on scheduling needs.
- On-Call Hours : Weekdays: 6:00 PM to 10:00 AM / Weekends: 4:00 PM to 12:00 PM

COMPOUNDING PHARMACIST (PRN) | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:

The Compounding Pharmacist (PRN) will provide PRN weekend, PTO, and after-hours pharmacy coverage. This position is well suited for an experienced pharmacist who is comfortable working independently, handling after-hours prescription needs, and providing reliable weekend and PTO coverage. Experience with non-sterile compounding and on-call/overnight pharmacy services is strongly preferred.

This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
