Job Description National General is part of The Allstate Corporation. The Administrative Assistant Associate III role supports the department with routine day‑to‑day administrative tasks, including processing and preparing presentations and documents, scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence. The role is based in North Carolina and is hybrid, working from either Charlotte or Winston‑Salem offices. Responsibilities Identify inconsistencies in routine work and initiate corrective action within the workgroup. Prepare and schedule travel, business meetings, client or third‑party appointments, conferences, and general office events, including conference room use and catering. Set up presentations for the department. Solve problems related to specific tasks with minimal supervision. Handle multiple demands on an on‑going basis, including familiar situations, sensitive information, and some high‑level contact. Monitor office expenses for budget adherence, review and coordinate approval of all expenses, and process accounts payable invoices. Coordinate meetings with internal and external individuals. Process routine correspondence and documents for the business. Qualifications Administrative Office Management experience. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Calendar Management and organization. Claims Administration knowledge. Experience with Epic Systems and Microsoft Power BI preferred. Detail‑oriented, multitasking, and prioritization abilities. Excellent communication and scheduling skills. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities. Compensation Hourly rate ranging from $20.24 to $31.63, based on experience and qualifications.
