Youth & Family Case Manager — Flexible Schedule
Everstand
Everstand is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to support youth and families across our programs. You will build relationships with youth, families, and placement agencies, guiding progress toward goals and coordinating community resources for successful transitions. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with direct services experience; a Master’s in Social Work or related field and relevant licensure are preferred.
