Full Stack Engineer

On-site expectations:

• On contract: 2 days onsite, 3 days WFH
• Upon conversion: 4 days onsite, 1 day WFH

Must have skills/certs/technologies:

• Strong experience developing an application in
• FE: React.js
• BE: Node.js
• Android web development experience
• MongoDB experience
• Experience in an agile/scrum environment. Must be able to understand what a user story looks like, understand the requirements, and know what needs to be done in a timely manner.
• Jira experience
• Must have a desire to learn React Native or have had exposure to it.
• Plus: React Native

Job Description:

Preferred Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience with JavaScript and Node.js.
• 2+ years of experience React.js
• At least 3 years of experience with databases, with a strong preference for experience in document databases like MongoDB.
• 4+ years of experience in developing RESTful APIs.
• React Native with mobile development experience.
• Understanding of asynchronous development and data security principles.
• Experience with testing frameworks like Mocha or Jest and familiarity with TDD/BDD methodologies.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
• Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, and perform thorough code reviews.
• Experience mentoring junior developers and leading teams is desired.

Excellent communication skills required; experience working in Agile environments
