Work with the largest care delivery organization in the world and start doing your life’s best work.(sm) Position Highlights We are looking for Full-Time or Part Time Physicians to join our team Quality vs. Quantity Model – Typically see around 18 - 20 patients per day Scheduled weekly administrative time, ~40 mins baked into each day 40 min new pt visits, 20 min follow up pt visits Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of health care providers Dedicated support staff, so clinicians can focus on practicing at full scope of license This position does not require call or urgent care shifts, outpatient only Urgent care shifts are optional for additional pay, not required Office hours: Monday – Friday; 8 AM – 5 PM, no nights or weekends Compensation & Benefits Highlights This position offers a guaranteed base plus an annual bonus structure based on quality and performance metrics Comprehensive Benefits: Health, Vision, & Dental Leadership Pathways and Partnership Program Student Loan Repayment for 2024 FM/IM new grads, 100K over 5 years PTO accrual increases with tenure; Year 0-5 accumulating 23 days of PTO, and observe 8 holidays where clinics are closed CME reimbursement and related time off Paid License renewals Malpractice Tail Coverage 401k with match, Executive Savings Plan, and UHG Employee Stock Purchase Program For full-time providers we will offer a robust relocation package Employee Wellness Program and Volunteer opportunities Required Qualifications Doctor of Medicine (M.D.), Doctor of Osteopathic (D.O.), or M.B.B.S Board certification or eligibility in Family or Internal Medicine Active, unrestricted medical license in CA or the ability to obtain prior to employment Valid DEA license or the ability to obtain prior to employment Preferred Qualifications 1+ years experience in managed care setting preferred Bilingual Spanish preferred Open to new grads! California Residents Only The salary range for California residents is $237,361 to $331,688. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
