ER Registrar - Full-Time | Days

The Staff Pad has partnered with a reputed hospital in Blue Ridge, Georgia, to hire a dedicated ED Registrar who will serve as the first point of contact for patients entering the Emergency Department. In this vital front-line role, you’ll be providing a warm welcome, accurate registration, and seamless coordination with clinical staff to ensure a smooth patient experience. Schedule: Full-Time | Days What You’ll Do Greet and assist patients with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency during shifts Collect and verify patient demographics, insurance, and personal information accurately Enter and update patient records in the hospital’s EHR system Collaborate with ED staff to support timely admissions and patient flow Respond to patient and visitor inquiries regarding hospital procedures and policies What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED required Experience: 1+ year in a hospital, clinic, or medical office preferred Intermediate computer proficiency & data entry accuracy Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment What You Can Expect Exceptional patient care starts with a team that feels valued, supported, and empowered - backed by comprehensive compensation and benefits every step of the way.
