Physical Therapy Assistant

VitalCaring is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant to deliver high-quality home-based care. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement treatment plans, assist with therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and use of assistive devices to help patients regain function and independence. You’ll provide education to patients and caregivers, document care accurately, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary home health and hospice team.
