Lead Dispatcher/Traffic Coordinator Job Description Advance Services is seeking Traffic Coordinator to join its team at a packing facility in the Baytown Tx area. Requirements Monitor and continuously update the PBP check in Spreadsheet for drivers dropping containers or picking up containers or live loads. Verify building and door for live loads and inform the shipping supervisor for that building that the driver is here and confirm the door to which to send them. Verify which building and door to send inbound supplies with the Supply coordinator. Verify the container number, booking number and the customer order number when a driver brings a container to drop or live load and confirm the driver input correctly into the PBP check in spreadsheet. Input the container number into the WMS. Verify the seal number on a container/truck leaving PBP matches what is in the WMS system before the driver leaves. Creating BOL's for outbound shipments and having drivers sign. Send the BOL's to customers/carriers/CSR for outbound shipments. Notify the carrier for rejected containers and send them the pictures. If bulk trucks loading/unloading verify scale heavy/light tare weights. Create an outbound BOL with all weights noted. Maintains the confidentiality of PBP company information.
