Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility to meet the needs of our clients while working from the comfort of your home. However, you will also participate in an outpatient office setting where team collaboration and patient interaction occur. You will typically work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts to accommodate clients’ schedules.

Qualifications\n

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience as a mental health counselor, specifically in addiction treatment or related settings.

  • Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of substance use disorders, treatment modalities, and recovery-oriented approaches.

  • Demonstrated experience in delivering effective individual and group therapy.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a non-judgmental, caring demeanor.

  • Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation software.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, complemented by performance-based bonuses.
