Senior Director, Global Forecasting & Business Development

Eli Lilly & Co

Lilly is seeking a forecasting leader in its Global Forecasting organization to own business development forecasting for cardiometabolic health and immunology opportunities across multiple modalities. You will drive scalable, auditable forecasts and influence governance discussions to inform external investments. This is an introductory leadership role and senior individual contributor position, focusing on creating forecasts, building model archetypes, and leveraging AI within a governed
