This Opportunity Palladium is currently seeking a fluent French Senior Associate, Project Delivery to support implementation of the Translating Data for Implementation (Data.FI) award. Data.FI is a global project funded by the U.S. President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) and the State Department. It partners with PEPFAR programs to accelerate and sustain access to high‑quality data for HIV epidemic control and maintenance, supporting host country governments to enhance health information systems and conduct in‑depth analysis of epidemiologic and program data. This is a project role with duration until September 30, 2026, with a high probability of extension. Preference will be given to candidates who can start immediately. Location and Compensation The position is based in Palladium’s Arlington, VA office within our Americas region. Candidates must have current work authorization in the U.S.; visa sponsorship cannot be accommodated. Palladium supports a hybrid working model with three days in office and two days from home. For prospective employees in the United States, the full‑time equivalent annual base salary is expected to range from $74,000 to $79,000, with a final offer based on various factors including qualifications and education. Reporting Lines The Senior Associate will report directly to the Manager, Project Delivery. Primary Roles and Responsibilities Support project start‑up and close‑out, including office setup and lease finalization. Act as liaison between corporate services, senior managers, project teams, and compliance hubs. Maintain project management documentation and track progress against work plans. Lead internal and external reporting, including risk assessments and client deliverables. Monitor and escalation of project risks and issues to leadership; develop and implement compliant subcontractor and grants management procedures. Manage PMU administration: agendas, notes, calendars, and task tracking. Anticipate project needs and recommend process improvements. Train and mentor new and junior PMU staff; ensure compliance with company and client policies across all operational areas. Lead procurement and contract management, ensuring quality and compliance. Assist with internal financial reporting and tasks including budgeting, forecasting, accruals, reviewing partner and vendor invoices, and other ad‑hoc financial reporting assignments. Coordinate HR functions with field staff including recruitment, onboarding, and staff mobilization. Maintain project data systems for staff and consultants. Contribute to company growth by supporting well‑managed projects and ensuring Palladium is seen positively by clients for future business development. Complete other duties as assigned. Essential Criteria Bachelor’s degree and/or 4 years of relevant work experience. Previous experience managing projects or activities that required high quality organizational, financial, or managerial skills. Financial acumen and ability to interpret and analyze financial reports. Experience supporting implementation of USAID or other donor‑funded projects. English and French fluency.
