Small Talk Pediatric Therapy is looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team in Meridian, Idaho. You’ll have the opportunity to build genuine relationships with children and families, collaborate with Speech, Occupational and Physical Therapy professionals, and create individualized treatment that helps children become more confident and independent in their everyday lives. About Small Talk Small Talk Pediatric Therapy is a family-centered pediatric therapy clinic serving children and families throughout Meridian and the Treasure Valley. Our multidisciplinary team provides Speech, Occupational and Physical Therapy through individualized, evidence-based and play-based care. Who We’re Looking For We’d love to meet an OT who: Genuinely loves working with children and families. Knows how to make therapy playful, purposeful and engaging . Understands that progress looks different for every child. Celebrates the small wins just as much as the big ones. Communicates with empathy and helps families feel comfortable asking questions. Enjoys collaborating with other disciplines while also working confidently and independently. Is dependable, adaptable and eager to continue growing professionally. Wants to build meaningful relationships with families and the Treasure Valley community. Qualifications Master’s or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Current Idaho Occupational Therapist license or eligibility to obtain Idaho licensure. NBCOT certification or eligibility to complete applicable certification requirements. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong clinical judgment, organization and time-management skills. Ability to complete documentation accurately and within required timelines. Commitment to individualized, ethical and evidence-based pediatric care. Experience developing home programs and educating parents or caregivers.
