Location: Shiloh, IL Pay Rate: $25/hr Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire Schedule: 7:00am4:00pm Why This Role Matters You play a key role in the patient experience and diagnostic process by ensuring accurate specimen collection while creating a safe and supportive environment for every patient. What You'll Do Perform venipuncture and capillary collections on patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations Collect, label, and process clinical and forensic specimens following established procedures Verify patient identification and ensure specimens are labeled accurately in the patient's presence Maintain required documentation and records with strong attention to detail Provide excellent customer service by clearly explaining procedures and ensuring patient comfort Work independently to complete daily tasks accurately and on time Travel between locations as needed to support patient service centers or in-office phlebotomy What We're Looking For A current, up-to-date resume High school diploma or equivalent 13 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections Strong technical skills and ability to work in a high-volume environment Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and travel between sites as needed Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record (if applicable) Basic computer and data entry skills Ability to meet compliance requirements What's In It For You Opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a reputable healthcare setting Exposure to a wide range of patient populations and clinical environments Career growth and advancement opportunities Supportive and team-oriented work environment Benefits for Manpower Associates (Upon Eligibility) Upon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for: Medical and Prescription Drug Plans Dental Plan Supplemental Life Insurance Short Term Disability Insurance 401(k)
