MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN $35–$40/hr | DAY SHIFT

If you’re a skilled maintenance tech who knows how to keep equipment running and fix problems fast , this is a strong opportunity. Work in a clean, climate‑controlled facility where you focus on machines — not building maintenance.

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical systems (up to 480V)
• Handle mechanical repairs — motors, conveyors, moving parts
• Do welding and light fabrication as needed
• Work on pneumatics systems — air lines, valves, components
• Respond to breakdowns and keep production moving
• Track and document maintenance work

• 3+ years maintenance experience in manufacturing
• Strong electrical troubleshooting (480V)
• Solid mechanical repair skills
• Welding experience
• Experience with pneumatics
• Able to work independently and solve problems

• $35–$40/hr depending on experience
• Clean, climate‑controlled facility
• Focus on equipment — not building maintenance
• Consistent day shift schedule
• Weekly pay + reimbursements for tools, boots, and gear
• Stable shop with newer equipment
