Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent data entry skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As a Data Entry Representative, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining patient and test information in our database. Key Responsibilities Accurately input and maintain patient and test information in our database Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness Identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines while handling sensitive patient information Communicate with healthcare providers and patients to obtain missing or incomplete information Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate data entry Assist with other administrative tasks as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience in data entry or a similar role Excellent typing and 10-key skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA guidelines is a plus Ability to work independently and in a team environment Excellent time management and organizational skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Contract Details We offer competitive salary and benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan. #J-18808-Ljbffr
