Data & Analytics Manager

Seeking a full-time Data & Analytics Manager, the ideal candidate will lead the strategy and optimization of syndicated data assets, focusing on consumer insights and business performance analysis in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary subject matter expert for syndicated data sources, including Circana and retailer POS platforms Analyze and model data to deliver actionable insights that support strategic planning and growth opportunities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting, forecasting, and overall analytics capabilities Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required Minimum of 6 years of experience in CPG insights, analytics, or related functions Deep hands-on experience with Circana and familiarity with Numerator and retailer POS platforms Understanding of statistical modeling techniques and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across various levels of the organization
