Maintenance Technician II - Townhouse Square

Princeton Property Management is looking for an experienced and self-motivated Maintenance Tech II to join our team and play a key role in supporting the Maintenance Lead with daily operations at the Townhouse Square Apartments in Vancouver.

Location: Vancouver, Washington Schedule: Full-time 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday Wage Range: $25.00–$28.00/hour (DOE)

$50/month phone reimbursement $100/month auto reimbursement Bonus opportunities

We’re looking for someone with 2 or more years of experience in property management maintenance, with well-rounded skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair. In this role, you’ll handle a variety of general maintenance tasks to keep our communities operating smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform general maintenance duties including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair. * Respond to service requests and complete work orders in a timely and professional manner. Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections. Maintain cleanliness and safety of common areas and grounds. Collaborate with property managers and other team members to prioritize

tasks. * Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications:

2+ years of property maintenance experience preferred. Strong knowledge of general maintenance practices. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto

insurance. * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as needed.
