Solve complex issues impacting providers and members. Act as subject matter expert and liaison between teams. Responsibilities: Handle calls, messages, and email with members/providers. Manage queue and resolve issues within SLAs. Qualifications: 1+ years in customer support, healthcare, tech. 1+ year escalations experience and 6+ months customer service. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), parental leave. 15 days PTO, 11 holidays, sick and wellness time.
