As a Customer Service Rep, you will: * Engage with Customers: Respond to inquiries from clients via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information and assistance. * Assist with Insurance Needs: Help clients understand their insurance options, answer questions, and guide them through policy changes or claims processes. * Maintain Customer Records: Accurately update and maintain customer information in our database to ensure seamless service delivery. * Provide Exceptional Service: Strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering prompt and courteous service at all times. * Handle Customer Concerns: Address any issues or concerns with empathy and professionalism, working to find satisfactory resolutions. * Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach to customer service and to support overall agency goals. * Embrace Continuous Learning: Keep up-to-date with our agency’s products and services, as well as industry trends to better assist clients. About Us: Compensation: $32,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

• Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm
